It's been a while so...I'm updating

MY ART:

I've been trying to color with photoshop as most of you know...I am so inpatient,but I'm trying...I think I'll use some of my stimulus check to get a Wacom tablet,but until then,I'll continue trying coloring with my mouse. I'm just getting the main things down now,I don't really know any processes,I'm just working with two layers right now.

I've got 2 new tattoo designs to put up,I'm just waiting....spacing things out. One is for my brother,that I just gave him last weekend,when I went down to Ventura County,where I grew up.Geoff's tattoo is a classic pin-up,a little modernized...it's going to be dedicated to me,so it was supposed to remind him of me,just not in a creepy way since he is my brother. I can't wait till he gets it. The other tattoo is a macabre pin-up commission I did for my friend,Maria. The only reason I haven't put her up yet is because I promised Maria I'd wait to post the drawing until she gets her tattoo. I really love to do the macbre stuff,so much fun,and Maria and I worked on the design together,and I really love how she turned out....beautiful and scary.

I've been working on some "toony" pin-ups,before I started "Sisters," I started a Wasp pin-up and a variant.I really meant to only draw one... I just loved Wasps look in "Avengers Fairytales" issue #2,but my original sketch wasn't placed very well,so I decided to draw the version of wasp that was on the cover and the one from the interior art....but I just haven't finished them.They look kinda like Myscene Barbies...but also very much like the toon girls I used to draw in high school.

The self-portrait sketch of myself I posted recently...I colored it,and I suprised myself,it's only my second color job,and I love it....it looks more like me than the pencil on.....will post it soon!

Project IV Studios printed the non-colored version of my cover [link] and I can't wait to see it in real life,to hold it it in my hands.....so awesome!

RANDOM CRAP:

Someone from work who had no idea that I even liked comics....let alone,The X-men or Phoenix....told me I reminded her of Jean Grey. Isn't that rad?! She had been watching the cartoon a lot.

"Iron Man" was badass!!!! And I so can't wait for "The Incredible Hulk,"

One last thing...apparently it's the "Year of the Redhead"....so it's a good year to be me
